Items purchased from Jones Truck & Spring Repair may be returned within fourteen days of purchase if the following items are met:
- An RMA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained from Jones Truck & Spring Repair. That can be obtained by calling Jones during working hours and stating the reason for the return.
- If the purchased item was a special order by Jones, there will be a 15% restocking charge for returning the item.
- An used or installed item may not be returned unless it is defective.
Items may be returned in person or by shipping back to Jones. Any shipping expense must be paid by the customer.
Credit for returns will be refunded in the same method that the purchase was made.
